    Supported ANSI escape sequences

    These codes may be incorrect implementations of the standard! Please let me know if they are wrong. Some of the sequence semantics were gleened from the Screen documentation (an excellent program).
    This moves the cursor to the start of the next line. If the next line is off the display, the screen will be scrolled. Otherwise the screen contents are not modified. current cursor location Top to BotPw columns
